CHANGING OF BID CLOSING DATE
PROCUREMENT ON SUPPLY OF LAPTOP COMPUTERS,DOT MATRIX PRINTERS AND ANDROID HANDHELD DEVICES
This refers the news paper advertisement published on 19th May 2021 (Dinamina, Thinakaran and Daily news) for the bid invitation on the above procurement.
Having being considering the existing situation in the country, it has decided to extend the bidding period as bellow.
1. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of biding documents ( available in English only ) from 19th May 2021 until 28th June 2021 during the office hours ( 9.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m. ) submitting a written request to the Director General, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.500.00 to the Department.
2. Bids shall be forwarded on or before 29th June 2021 at 2.00 p.m.
3. All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid –Security” as stipulated in the Bidding Documents.
